Hatcher Machine

These Hatcher Machiner has been designed to improve hatch uniformity by incorporating the same air flow pattern used in the Multi-Stage Incubator. The air flow works in conjunction with the patented pressurized exhaust system, providing greater uniformity in temperature and humidity, and greater consistency in air velocity, resulting in increased hatchability and improved chick quality.

The pressurized exhaust system eliminates the need for a blower and auxiliary damper motor, reducing energy consumption while maintaining a more balanced environment.

The VJ SUPER J Hatcher cabinets are engineered and manufactured to ensure quality and durability. Fiber-reinforced plastic sheets are laminated to a strong core producing panels which are joined together by silicon sealed extrusions. This process produces cabinets capable of withstanding harsh detergent and sanitizers, eliminating rust and growth of disease causing mold and mildew.

TheVJ SUPER J Hatcher includes three doors, which open a full 180 degrees. Each door is equipped with vinyl bulb type gaskets. The SUPER J Hatcher can be placed directly against a wall, resulting in less occupied floor space.

The VJ SUPER J Hatcher is equipped with three column steel racks with galvanized trays which roll easy, improving transfer and pull out procedures. Center guide mechanisms direct the racks from the entrance to back stop of the hatcher.

Stainless steel intake and exhaust air ducts mounted inside the VJ SUPER J Hatcher are easily accessible and hinged for consistent repositioning and ease of cleaning.

Incorporating significant safety features, the self-centering, roll-in fan and heater stand can be cleaned easily without dismantling. A single, electric plug for fans and heaters provide easy connection.

The VJ SUPER J Hatcher is equipped with the dependable HCS microcontroller based controls, which allow regulation of temperature and humidity, and provide a complete indication of the status of all systems and alarms.
